Product Information and Orders

HeyDude strives for accuracy in product listings, including prices, descriptions, availability, and images. However, orders are only accepted once stock availability and pricing are confirmed.

When you place an order, you make an offer to buy from HeyDude, which we reserve the right to accept or decline.

We may refuse, limit, or cancel your order due to stock shortages, pricing errors, payment failures, or suspected fraud.

Order Processing and Shipping

Order processing requires 1-3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 7-12 business days after processing.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before order completion.

Returns and Refunds

HeyDude allows returns within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. To be eligible for return, items must:

Remain unused and unaltered;
Be returned in their original packaging.

Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect upon receipt.

To initiate a return, contact HeyDude support at obuvdavid@gmail.com for authorization.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive and inspect returned items. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.

Order Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order. After this period, processing may start, making cancellation impossible.

Ownership of Content

All content on this website—including text, graphics, trademarks, software, and site design—is owned exclusively by HeyDude or its licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
